Hudayriyat South Hill by Modon sits between the West Hill and East Hill of Hudayriyat Island, next to Nawayef Park and the island's retail avenue. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is about 15 minutes away, Zayed International Airport and ADGM about 25 minutes, and Saadiyat Island about 35 minutes.

South Hill offers three, four and five-bedroom townhouses and twin villas. They are among the first townhouses released on Hudayriyat Island.

Homes at South Hill by Modon start from AED 4.1 million. Prices for each layout and plot position are shared on registration.
