Hudayriyat Island's Master Developer
Modon is an Abu Dhabi group working across real estate, hospitality, events and asset management, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
On Hudayriyat Island, Modon first built the leisure destinations that made the island known: Surf Abu Dhabi, Velodrome Abu Dhabi, 321 Sports and Marsana.
It is now delivering the island's residential neighbourhoods, from Al Naseem and Nawayef to Wadeem Gardens and South Hill. In December 2025 it awarded an AED 5 billion construction contract for Nawayef East and Nawayef West. Corporate details are on the official Modon website.
